The Holidays are 17,000 LED lights brighter this year thanks to one of the latest rollouts of our OTG – Newark Liberty International takeover of United’s Terminal C.

Kaedama our “Taste of Tokyo” is a ramen bar at the center atrium of Terminal C’s C1 Global Bazaar featuring a variety of Japanese classics with a modern twist thanks to Partner Chef Shoushin Yanaura!

We’re at the peak of the Holiday travel season and what a great time to put the versatility of Kaedama’s unique design feature to use. A 40 foot-tall art installation created by design partner Rockwell Group features an array of custom Japanese-inspired transitional animations but in the spirit of the Holidays it has been modified to bring a little seasonal cheer indoors!
