OTG offers a comprehensive summer internship program for students and recent graduates looking to learn more about restaurant and retail operations and the overall hospitality industry. The program is designed to provide exposure to all facets of Airport Food and beverage operations and/or specific departments within OTG such as Human Resources, Software/IT, Marketing, and Airport Operations.
Program Timing
Applications will be live on Monday, March 4th, and will close on Monday, April 29th 2024. Offers will be extended by the end of April. The program runs from Monday, June 3rd to Friday, August 9th 2024, and Interns will be asked to participate for the duration of the program for 40 hrs. per week.
What To Expect
Through an immersive experience, you will gain insight into the many roles that contribute to a successful hospitality operation. Our hope is for you to leave the summer with a solid industry foundation, one that allows you to make decisions about a future career in hospitality. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, you will be asked to share your experience with OTG leaders at a final roundtable.

Who is eligible?
Current students pursuing Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degrees. We also accept recent graduates.
Do you sponsor visas for the summer internship program?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to sponsor visas for the summer internship program.
Can I choose which location or department I would like to be a part of?
We will provide candidates an option to select their department, and OTG will make the final decision.
What is the overall interview process? What can I expect after I submit my application?
We will do a thorough review of your resume, your completed application, and your responses to the screening questions. Thereafter, successful candidates will be invited to an interview with our Talent Acquisition Team, the hiring manager, and potentially, another member of their team.

Are summer internships paid?
Yes! All internship positions are paid. The hourly rate for our 2024 OTG Summer Internship program is $20/hour.

The duration of the program is 10 weeks. It begins on Monday, June 3rd and ends on Friday, August 9th 2024.
How can I help my resume and application stand out in the process?
Be open! Why are you interested in hospitality? In OTG? Do your research and give us a sense of who you are, what you’re passionate about, what you want to get out of your OTG experience.
Is the application process any different for me if I’ve applied to the internship program before?
The process for all applicants is the same, regardless of how far you previously progressed in the interview process in the past.
