It’s a new aura for a new era at Minneapolis-Saint Paul.
OTG gave Delta’s Concourse G a complete makeover, upgrading its dining and retail programs to include ten new chef-driven restaurants and an inspired selection of fresh-to-go markets.
We tapped into the vibrant culture of the Twin Cities to improve the guest experience at MSP, showcasing some of the region’s finest chefs and artisans in a contemporary and connected space that joins convenience with character and a sense of place.

Custom Burgers is a fast-casual burger and sandwich restaurant concept. In addition to its line of signature burgers and sandwiches crafted by OTG’s award-winning culinary team, Travelers have the ability to fully customize their selection with a robust Build Your Own Burger option.

Build your own frozen yogurt-treat.

Classic pizza by the slice or by the pie.
Mimosa
A raw bar and brasserie inspired by Provencal cuisine. Created by Chef Russell Klein, Mimosa features the flavors and textures of simple French country cooking.

MinniBar

FlyBar
Flybar is a 10 seat gem profiling a great wine list, a selection of local beers, and craft cocktails. Rounding out the menu are fresh salads and paninis.

Vero
Delivered by Pizzeria Lola chef and owner Ann Kim, Vero features thin-crust, artisanal pizzas. The individually sized pies will be baked at nearly 700 degrees to create the perfect crunch.

Crisp & Green aims to provide an exceptional product, combined with world class hospitality and a commitment to the community by using sustainable ingredients from local farms whenever possible. Some menu highlights include delicious grain bowls such as the famous “Fiesta! Bowl,” mouthwatering salads such as their famous “No Prob Cobb,” delicious smoothies, in addition to a variety of healthy kid friendly options.
